Customer complaint or return shipment
Print the below return shipment form and enclose it with your return delivery. In case you cannot print the form, because no printer is available, please enclose either the delivery note (or a copy) or even a slip of paper showing your customer number, the order number and the reason for the return shipment.
If possible, please use the original packing for the return shipment. In case this packing is no longer available, please use an appropriate wrapping which guarantees safe transportation of the goods.
