Well trained service technicians may assist you and provide detailed information on function, application, operation and repair. In addition they are your contact person when dealing with safety-related checks, inspection and maintenance or even for maintenance contracts.
Inspection and maintenance prevent a gradual deterioration of your product. By ensuring the safety of your product is maintained you can be confident you are offering the required standard of care to your patient.

Various maintenance contracts We offer you maintenance for your ATMOS ENT and Gynae treatment units, there are two levels of service options available:
ATMOS Basic Service
One maintenance service per year, including safety-relevant control and electrical testing.
ATMOS Premium Service
One maintenance service per year, including safety-relevant control and electrical testing. Additional service: extension of the guarantee period, 7.5% discount on spare parts, response time 48 h.*

Customer complaint or return shipment
Print the below return shipment form and enclose it with your return delivery. In case you cannot print the form, because no printer is available, please enclose either the delivery note (or a copy) or even a slip of paper showing your customer number, the order number and the reason for the return shipment.
If possible, please use the original packing for the return shipment. In case this packing is no longer available, please use an appropriate wrapping which guarantees safe transportation of the goods.
